About Us
Welcome to Waterset Online!
Under the direction of your Board of Directors, Castle Group Management provides professional management for the benefit of all Waterset residents. Your Property Manager, Lifestyle Assistants, Code Compliance Officer, Maintenance Technicians and the attentive Home Office personnel of Castle Group are committed to assisting you, working with your Board on day-to-day operations, and preserving and enhancing the value of your important Waterset investment.
Waterset is a family friendly community located in Apollo Beach, FL. Current plans show the property to have over 3,000 homes. Home types include one-floor single family, two-floor single family, townhomes, and villas. Residents enjoy using the District walking trails, dog parks, splash pad, pools, lounge areas and pavilions, all while enjoying the spectacular views throughout.
The Waterset Community is both a Community Development District (CDD) and Homeowner’s Association (HOA). Where the HOA is managed by Castle Group, the CDD is managed by Rizzetta & Company. Both companies work together to provide assistance and community enjoyment for the residents. The HOA’s top priority is to help maintain property values. This is accomplished by ensuring that all residents abide by the by-laws. The Community Development District (CDD) owns and operates the common areas of the community (playgrounds, parks, trails, pools, fitness centers, and other amenities).
